1. Warranty
At Tack’n’Ride, we stand behind the quality of our products. If a defect occurs within the statutory 2-year period after purchase, please contact us. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing, including a description of the defect, a copy of the invoice, and photos if possible.
- The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use or storage, insufficient maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.
- In the event of a justified claim, we will carry out a repair, replacement, or price reduction at our discretion.
- The right of rescission (cancellation) is excluded.
Note on feed and nutritional supplements:
The legal warranty only applies to defects that were already present at the time of delivery. For perishable goods such as feed products, liability is limited to the duration of the indicated minimum shelf life. Damages caused by improper storage, incorrect use, or individual animal reactions do not constitute valid warranty claims.

2. Returns
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
The following conditions apply:
- The item must be unused, clean, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition (including all tags and labels).
- The return shipment must be sent within 14 days of receipt and is at the customer's own risk and expense. The customer bears the burden of proof (e.g. tracking number). We recommend insured shipping with tracking.
- The return must include the delivery slip or a copy of the invoice so that we can correctly assign it to your order. Indicating a reason for return is appreciated but not required.
- The return must be sent to the following address. Returns to the store address are not accepted.

Exclusions
The following items are excluded from the return policy:
- Liquids and feed
- Bits and mouthpieces
- Sale items marked as final sale on the website
- Custom-made or personalized products and special orders
- Used items
Important Notes
- Returned items will be inspected upon arrival. In case of signs of use or missing original packaging, we reserve the right to reduce the refund or reject the return.
- If the original order included free shipping or a voucher based on a minimum order value, this benefit may be revoked and recalculated if the threshold is no longer met after the return.
- The credit will be issued in the form of a voucher linked to the customer account. Vouchers cannot be paid out in cash.
- In exceptional cases where a refund has been explicitly agreed in advance, Tack'n'Ride may deduct applicable payment processing fees as well as a fixed handling fee of CHF 10 from the refund. This deduction does not apply if the return is due to a significant error by Tack'n'Ride.
Returns from Abroad
If you wish to return goods from abroad, please contact us in advance at info@tacknride.com. We will provide you with the necessary information and documents to ensure the return proceeds smoothly and without unnecessary customs fees.
International returns must be clearly marked as "RETURN". The customer is responsible for any customs or processing fees resulting from incomplete or incorrect declarations.
