Payment Information
Advance Payment
With the payment option "Advance payment by bank transfer," the invoice can be settled by transferring to our IBAN account.
- Payment must be made in the currency of the invoice
- Payment must be received in the correct IBAN account within a maximum of 10 days
- The order number must be stated in the message field as a reference
- Any transaction fees are at your expense
- SEPA transfer with IBAN from European countries
Depending on the financial institution, the transfer may take 1–2 days to be credited to us. We will release the goods for shipping as soon as the amount is credited or if we receive an electronically signed payment confirmation from you.

Payment at the Post Office Counter
You can also pay invoices in Swiss francs at the post office counter using the QR payment slip. Additional fees apply, which must be covered by the customer.
Credit Cards and Postcard
Payment with PostCard, PostFinance e-banking, and credit cards is processed via the PostFinance AG payment portal. This ensures your payment is made according to the latest security standards. Tack'n'Ride does not store customer card information and does not charge any additional fees for this payment method.
PayPal Payment
We have also integrated PayPal payment into our shop. This payment method must not be selected if shipping is uninsured or if the order is picked up in-store. You will be redirected to the PayPal site to complete your payment. No additional fees apply. The use of the PayPal service is subject to PayPal's terms and conditions, which we have no influence over and cannot guarantee.
