Thanks to low‑dust harvesting with specialised machinery and gentle drying in our own facility, the alfalfa hay remains particularly nutrient‑rich — and is well tolerated even by horses with coughs, allergies, or equine asthma.

The bites are gently pressed from crimped long alfalfa fibres. Unlike chopped alfalfa with hard stems, which can irritate the mucous membranes, our bites are pleasant to chew, promote salivation, and support digestion — even when fed dry.

Feeding recommendation:
Feed dry to promote chewing activity and saliva production, or to extend feeding time. Break the bites slightly before the first feeding.

For additional energy and strength, part of the hay in the basic ration can be replaced 1:1 (dry) with alfalfa bites.
