The removable Ortho-Impact® inserts run the full length on both sides of the spine and can be easily taken out via hook-and-loop fasteners.
This makes the Matrix Western pad machine washable and dryer safe!
Additionally, the pad features six internal pockets, pre-filled with twelve ¼" fleece shims. These pockets can be customized as needed to address asymmetrical muscle development or to balance one side versus the other, or front to back.
A non-slip surface material (ETC®) minimizes friction and keeps the saddle securely in place.
